All sales are pursuant to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. Our Sheriff Sales are held every Friday morning at 9:00 am online at https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov unless court order is issued to sell the property in person will be held in the First Floor Press Room/Auditorium of the Franklin County Courthouse 373 S. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Sheriff Sales are not held on Federal Holidays.

TAX SALE
A list of properties to be included in the Tax Lien Sale will be made available in electronic format via email free of charge in September. By emailing the Franklin County Treasurer's Office, you may obtain an email listing of properties included in the tax lien certificate sale. Such public record requests may be directed to:
