Real Estate Development

Effective OCTOBER 1, 2023, all proposals to purchase City - Owned real estate properties will NO LONGER be facilitated through GovDeals.  Those interested in the purchase of City - Owned real estate will need to contact Economic Development via email at EconDev@petersburg-va.org with a Letter of Intent (LOI) to include the proposed purchase amount (at least 50%), a preliminary site plan, and a time line of completion (if approved).
