This is your source for information on upcoming sales and auctions by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Relocation Branch for Right of Way Excess/Surplus Land. All auctions are open to the public and normally conducted either by an oral or sealed bid format. In most cases, a minimum bid amount is set before the auction. By statute, all sales are subject to final approval of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
