This is your source for information on upcoming sales and auctions by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Relocation Branch for Right of Way Excess/Surplus Land. Information will be updated frequently, so please check back often.

All auctions are open to the public and normally conducted either by an oral or sealed bid format. In most cases, a minimum bid amount is set before the auction. By statute, all sales are subject to final approval of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
