Sales are usually the first Monday of each month at 11:00 A.M. held in Magistrate Courtroom 2, First Floor, Spartanburg County Judicial Center, 180 Magnolia Street. When the first Monday is a legal holiday, then the sale will be the next day, Tuesday.
Public Notices are published inThe Spartan WeeklyandThe Herald-Journal classified ads sectionand published for three (3) weeks prior to the sale. You may also click on the Current Property to Be Sold to view the upcoming month’s listing. The list as seen on the website is the same list used the day of the sale.
