DCAMM's E-Bid Room(hosted by BidExpress) is an information center for certain DCAMM construction procurements with estimated costs over $150,000 and some smaller projects.

Firms wishing to view and download bid documents, which include plans and specifications and/or submit bids for DCAMM projects at state facilities must submit the**DCAMM E-Bid Room verification form** and be verified by DCAMM.
Once verified, firms wishing to view and/or download bid documents and/or submit bids must register with the DCAMM E-Bid Room host vendor, BidExpress. There is no cost to register with BidExpress.
DCAMM maintains 1 hard copy set of bid documents for projects being bid, which will be available for public viewingby appointment only. Please call617-727-4003 or emailbidroom.dcamm@mass.gov to schedule an appointment.
