To advance the mission of the Church, the Archdiocese of Baltimore may have need to acquire, sell or lease property within its geographic boundaries. If that property is intended for use as an educational institution, such a transaction must first be reviewed by the Archdiocese’s Real Estate Transactions Advisory Committee in accordance with its temporal goods policy governing real estate transactions involving building(s) intended for use as a school.
