Delinquent Tax Sale Information

Please read the following changes to our Bidder Registration Form as of August 1, 2014.

1. Purchases will be conveyed in the name or names (s) shown on the registration form.
2. All persons who will be listed on the conveyance must be present at the sale and complete the bidder registration form.
3. If bidding on behalf of another individual you will be required to attach a copy of a recorded Power of Attorney to the bidder registration form.
4. If bidding on behalf of a corporation you must attach proof of eligibility to act on behalf of the corporate entity.
