Highly traveled State Road 20 and State Road 12 intersect in downtown Bristol, serving as the major access points to Tallahassee, Florida’s state capital, less than 50 miles east, and Interstate I-10 to the north.

The property is to be sold via sealed bid "as is, where is." Bids will be accepted untilnoon, July 7, 2021.Any bid received after that time will be returned to the BIDDER unopened. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is not responsible for bids mailed that do not arrive bynoon, July 7, 2021. All bids received by the bid submission deadline will be publicly opened at2 p.m., July 7, 2021.

A minimum acceptable bid of**$359,000has been established by the state, with adeposit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount due**and included in the prospective buyer's bid to purchase the property and is further defined in the bidding package. Any award made will be to the highest responsive BIDDER, provided it is in the TRUSTEES' interest to accept the bid. Any bids that are less than the minimum acceptable bid will be considered counterproposals and will be deemed non-responsive and rejected. Deposits of buyers who are not the successful buyer of the property will be returned to the bidding party.
