Surplus County Property Auctions

Periodically, the Real Estate Division will sell surplus County property at public auction.

Auction Preparation Checklist:

• Auctions are normally conducted by an oral bid format with a minimum bid amount set before the auction.
• Deposit required for participating potential buyers.
